Airtable

Add a new record to an Airtable table for every submission.

API token The Airtable integration creates a record in a table you choose, mapping form fields to Airtable fields.

Connect it

  1. Create an Airtable personal access token (starts with pat) with access to your base.
  2. In the form’s Integrations → Airtable, paste the token and enter the base ID (starts with app) and table name or ID.
  3. Map each form field to the matching Airtable field by name.
Note

Airtable field names are case-sensitive and must match exactly. Values are sent with type-casting on, so Airtable converts them to the column’s type where it can. Unmapped fields are simply ignored.
