Notion
Create a new page in a Notion database for every submission.
API token The Notion integration adds a page to a database each time someone submits, mapping form answers to Notion properties.
Connect it
- In Notion, create an internal integration and copy its token (starts with
secret_). Share your target database with that integration. - In the form’s Integrations → Notion, paste the token and enter your database ID (from the database URL).
- Click Load properties to pull the database’s fields, then map each form field to a Notion property.
Field mapping
Each mapping links a form field to a Notion property and its type (title, text, number, email, phone, URL, checkbox, date or select). Values are converted to match the property type; empty answers are skipped.
Heads up
Property names are case-sensitive and the database ID must be exact. If pages aren’t being created, re-check the mapping and that the database is shared with your integration.
