Logos & workspace branding
Add a logo, and set an accent + logo once for your whole workspace so every form stays on-brand.
Branding works at two levels: per form, and across your whole workspace.
Per-form branding
In the Design area you can set a form’s accent color and add a logo (shown on the form and used in its confirmation emails).
Workspace branding
Set a brand accent color and logo once in workspace settings, and every form in that workspace uses them by default — so new and existing forms stay consistent without editing each one. Owners manage this; see Workspace settings & branding.
Overriding the workspace brand on one form
Sometimes a single form needs its own look — say a co-branded campaign. In that form’s Design area, turn Use team branding off. The form then keeps its own accent and logo instead of inheriting the workspace brand.
The effective look is resolved when the form is served, so a change to your workspace brand instantly updates every form that inherits it — no re-publishing required.
