HigherStack Forms is a form builder for collecting leads, feedback, registrations, applications and more. You design a form visually, publish it as a link or embed it on your website, and every response lands in your dashboard — with built-in analytics and the option to push submissions straight into your other tools.

It’s built for marketers, founders, ops teams and developers who want polished, high-converting forms without paying per seat. Forms are self-hosted, so your respondents’ data stays on your own stack.

Every form follows the same shape: an optional cover, your questions, a validated submit, and a thank-you screen.
