Pages & multi-page forms

Break a long form into steps, add page titles, and show a progress indicator.

A form can be a single page or split into several. Multi-page (or “wizard”) forms feel lighter to fill out and let you group related questions, validate one step at a time, and branch based on answers.

Working with pages#

• Add, rename, reorder and delete pages from the page tabs in the Build area.
• Each page can have a title, shown to respondents as they move through.
• A progress indicator shows Step X of Y. If you’ve enabled a cover page, it counts as the first step.
• Respondents move with Back and Next; pressing Enter advances (except inside a paragraph field).

Validation happens per page#

When someone clicks Next, the current page’s required and format checks run before they can continue — so problems are caught early rather than all at once at the end.

Skipping and branching#

Pages can be shown conditionally (a page only appears if earlier answers match), and you can send people down different paths with branching. See Page routing & branching.
