Emailing a form to people (with reminders)

Send your form to a list of recipients with personal tracked links, and auto-remind non-responders.

Beyond a public link, you can email a form directly to a list of people. Each recipient gets a personal link, so you can see exactly who has opened and completed it — and remind those who haven’t.

Sending

  1. Open the form’s Publish area and find the email/send section.
  2. Paste recipient emails (commas, spaces or new lines all work — up to 500 at a time).
  3. Add an optional message that appears in the email.
  4. Optionally turn on reminders, then send.

Reminders

When enabled, reminders are sent to people who haven’t finished, on a cadence you choose:

  • After days — how long to wait between nudges (default 3, range 1–30).
  • Max reminders — how many nudges before stopping (default 2, range 1–5).

Reminders stop automatically once someone completes the form.

Tracking who responded

Each recipient moves through three states — not started, in progress (opened their link), and finished. The form’s analytics show a completion rate and a breakdown by status. See Analytics & the funnel.

Note

Recipient links carry a token so a submission can be tied back to the exact person you emailed — useful for following up and for attribution.
