Exporting submissions

Download responses as CSV, including attribution columns, plus a ready-to-upload Google Ads conversions file.

From a form’s Submissions view you can export your data for spreadsheets, CRMs or ad platforms.

CSV export

Export CSV downloads every response with a Submitted timestamp column, a column per question, and any attribution columns that are present in the data — for example utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid, page_url and referrer. Only columns that actually contain data are included, so the file stays tidy.

If any responses captured a Google click ID (gclid), you can export a Google Ads conversions file ready to import under Goals → Conversions → Uploads. You’ll enter the conversion action name to match, and the file includes the click ID, conversion name, time, value and currency.

Prefer conversions to flow automatically rather than via CSV? Connect Google Ads as an integration and submissions are uploaded for you.
