Google Sheets
Append each submission as a new row in a Google Sheet.
OAuth The Google Sheets integration adds a row to a sheet for every submission. It uses your workspace’s Google connection.
Connect it
- Connect Google once for the workspace (the integration will prompt you, or connect from settings). This grants access to files the app creates. See Connecting your Google account.
- In the form’s Integrations → Google Sheets, pick a spreadsheet (a sheet picker helps you find it) and enter the tab name.
- Choose the columns: each column maps to a form field, left to right.
How rows are written
Rows are appended in your column order; a missing answer leaves that cell blank. The connected Google account needs edit access to the sheet, and the tab name must match exactly.
Note
Google Sheets and Google Ads share one workspace Google connection. Disconnecting Google turns off both.
