Export formats

The exact columns in the CSV export and the Google Ads conversions file.

Submissions CSV

Columns: a Submitted timestamp, then one column per question (by field name), then any of the following attribution columns that contain data in the export:

utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content,
gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, msclkid, ttclid, li_fat_id,
page_url, referrer, event_id

Values follow RFC 4180 quoting (fields with commas, quotes or newlines are quoted; quotes are doubled).

Available when at least one response has a gclid. You provide the conversion action name; the file contains:

Columns
Google Click ID, Conversion Name, Conversion Time, Conversion Value, Conversion Currency

Conversion times are formatted in UTC as Google Ads expects (yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss+00:00). Import under Goals → Conversions → Uploads.
