Classic#

The familiar layout: fields are shown together on a page (and across pages if it’s multi-page). Best for forms people expect to scan and fill quickly, like a contact or checkout form.

Conversational#

One question at a time, full-screen, advancing as the respondent answers. It feels friendly and focused, and works beautifully on mobile. Headings, dividers and page chrome are hidden; only your questions appear as steps, and pressing Enter moves to the next one.
