Workspaces

What a workspace is, your personal one, and how to create and switch between them.

A workspace (also called a team) is where forms live. Every form belongs to exactly one workspace, and your access to a form comes from being a member of its workspace.

Your personal workspace

You get a personal workspace automatically on first sign-in. It’s yours alone unless you invite others. You can create additional workspaces to separate clients, brands or teams.

Switching workspaces

Use the workspace switcher in the dashboard to move between the workspaces you belong to. The builder always acts on your currently selected workspace, and your choice is remembered between visits.

What lives in a workspace

  • All of its forms and their submissions and analytics.
  • Members and their roles.
  • Workspace branding (default accent + logo) and the integration alert email — see Workspace settings.
Note

Need a form in a different workspace? Owners can move forms between workspaces without losing submissions.
