HigherStack After submit: thank-you screens & redirects
Choose what happens the moment someone submits — a message, a redirect, or closing the form.
After a successful submission you can show a thank-you screen, send people to another page, or quietly close an embedded form.
Submit behavior
| Mode | What happens |

| Show a screen | Display a completion screen (the default) |
| Redirect | Send the respondent to a URL — you can pipe answers into it as query parameters |
| Close | Hide/close the form (useful for popup or slider embeds) |
Completion screen options
- Heading and message — both support piping, so you can say “Thanks, {{first_name}}!”.
- Style — quiet (clean checkmark), receipt (recaps their answers), or celebration (with optional confetti 🎉).
- Call-to-action button — send them somewhere next.
- Submit another response — show a button to fill the form again.
- Image — add a logo or illustration.
