Troubleshooting & FAQ

Quick fixes for the issues that come up most often.

Most problems fall into a handful of buckets. Find your symptom below.

Notification emails aren’t arriving

  • Check the Send to address in the form’s After submit settings.
  • Confirm the address forms send from is verified with your email provider — unverified senders are commonly rejected.
  • Check spam/junk, and that the autoresponder is pointed at a valid email field.

If a teammate clicks an invite link and sees a DNS error like “site can’t be reached” on a tracking domain, that’s your email provider’s click-tracking wrapper, not the form itself. The underlying invite (sign in at /admin) is fine. Fix it by validating link branding / the tracking CNAME in your email provider, or by turning click tracking off. The invite is accepted in-app after signing in — see Inviting members.

An integration isn’t firing

  • Open the form’s conversion health / delivery view to see the last attempts and error messages.
  • Re-check the configuration: IDs and names are usually case-sensitive and must match the destination exactly.
  • For ad platforms, a conversion needs a matchable identifier (email/phone) or click ID — submissions without one are skipped, not failed.
  • Transient failures retry automatically; persistent ones email an alert to the form’s notification address (or the workspace alert email).

“Authorization” failures on Google or LinkedIn

LinkedIn tokens expire about every 60 days — reconnect with a fresh token. For Google (Sheets/Ads), reconnect the workspace Google account if it was revoked; see Connecting your Google account.

A form says it isn’t published

The form is in Draft. Open Publish and set it to Live. If it says it’s closed, check access control for a submission limit or close date.

I can’t edit a form or change settings

You likely have the viewer role, or you’re not an owner for owner-only actions (workspace settings, inviting members, moving/deleting). See Roles & permissions.

Conversions look low or unmatched

Matching relies on click IDs and identifiers captured from the landing page. Make sure your ad links carry their click IDs through to the form page, and that a consent signal isn’t set to denied. See Tracking & attribution.
