Using & sharing templates

Start from a pre-built template, or turn your own form into a shareable starting point.

Templates let you skip the blank canvas. They copy a form’s structure — pages, fields, logic and design — but never its submissions, recipients or integration secrets.

Starting from a template

Browse the template gallery and choose one to open a ready-made form in the builder, then customize it. Categories include lead gen, research, events and support.

Sharing your form as a template

  1. Open your form’s Publish area.
  2. Enable “Use this form as a template.”
  3. Optionally set a template title and description.
  4. Share the template link — anyone who opens it can copy the form’s structure into their own workspace.
Note

Because templates exclude submissions and secrets, sharing one never exposes your data or connected accounts.
